1. Used for the assembly of motor stator and rotor.
2. The servo press has a pressure of 1T, with a pressure repeatability accuracy of 0.5% F.S., a displacement accuracy of 0.01 mm, and a pressing speed ranging from 0.1 mm to 100 mm/s.
3. The device features both stroke mode and pressure mode: - **Stroke Mode**: The device presses until it reaches the set stroke length, holds the pressure for a specified number of seconds, and then returns. It also allows setting an upper-pressure alarm. - **Pressure Mode**: The device presses until it reaches the set pressure, holds the pressure for a specified number of seconds, and then returns. It also allows setting upper and lower position alarms. - **Position-Pressure Mode**: The device operates at a constant speed, and whichever condition—position or pressure—is reached first will trigger the stop.
4. Pressure and accuracy display; pressure curves can be displayed and reports generated; online quality assessment available: pressure, upper and lower limits for position can be set, with OK/NG judgment capability; includes permission management functionality.
5. Program parameters for press-fitting can be stored, with a minimum storage capacity of 1,000 entries; report data is saved automatically.
6. Press-fitting data can be queried and is traceable; a scanning function is provided as a future option, and an MES interface is reserved.
7. Easy to change over—simply replace the tooling, and operation is straightforward.
