Main functional parameters
Function: Assembly of all components for the fan motor, including: end-cap bearing assembly, stator and rotor insertion into the middle housing, PCB board installation, front and rear end-cap assembly, and inspection and material discharge processes.

Process flow:
1. Insert the bearing sleeve and bearing into the front cover/center housing.
2. Insert the stator into the middle housing + assemble the rotor
3. Assemble the PCB board + secure with screws
4. Manual work (tightening waterproof connector on rear cover / threading wires) + manual work (soldering wires / installing cover / connecting wires / tightening)
5. Screw fastening + testing + laser marking and material cutting
6. Lock flange
Advantage:
1. The entire production line is equipped with two KUKA robots, which enhance assembly efficiency, reduce the failure rate during assembly, and simultaneously minimize the equipment’s footprint.
2. Perform image inspection on products during the production process to ensure assembly pass rates and product quality.
3. The entire production line can be used to manufacture two different product models, thereby addressing the customer’s issue of insufficient production capacity for a single product model.
4. The changeover time for the entire line is within 10 minutes.
5. Screw fastening uses a servo tightening gun, employing torque-angle control to achieve: detection of missing screws, whether screws are properly tightened, and whether they are slipping.
